Terms of Service
Conditions for using Tachyfinder's current research service.
Effective and last updated:
Operator: dottreesoft
Support and privacy enquiries: contactdottree@gmail.com
1. Operator and service
dottreesoft provides Tachyfinder, a web tool for discovering public YouTube channels/videos and organising research. Contact: contactdottree@gmail.com. These terms apply when you use the service; account sign-in presents links to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Accounts are intended for people aged 16 or older who can enter these terms under their local law.
2. Account and access
Use a Google account you are entitled to control. Keep it secure and sign out on shared devices. Do not impersonate others, share session credentials or circumvent ownership and permission checks. Tell support about suspected unauthorised access. Google manages your password and account recovery. Your display name or profile information does not confer paid or administrator permissions.
3. Data and YouTube
Tachyfinder uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service linked below. YouTube and content owners retain their rights. Tachyfinder is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
Results cover tracked data, not all of YouTube. KR/US are research contexts, not nationality or audience-location claims. Initial collection focuses on Korean and English content; four interface languages do not imply four-market coverage. Public statistics can be delayed, missing or corrected. Estimates are labelled. Demo reports use fictional examples and are not personalised predictions or guaranteed business results.
4. Acceptable use and ownership
Use the service lawfully and within displayed limits. Do not abuse APIs, bypass quotas, mass-extract data, distribute malware, harass people or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not use the service for prohibited surveillance or to infer sensitive personal traits. Do not submit private information about others in your notes.
You retain rights in your original notes and collection names and permit us to store and process them only to provide and protect your workspace. This does not transfer your ownership. Public source content remains subject to its owners' rights. Our interface and original materials may not be republished as your own product without permission. Report rights concerns to support with the affected URL and enough information to review the claim.
5. Features and charges
Available limits and access are shown in the interface. Public and account features may differ. Paid checkout, automatic renewals and paid AI are not open in this release. Demo prices or credits do not create a purchase or subscription. A reserved administrator's access does not imply paid service availability. The Billing Policy explains the current position; future sales require separate prices, billing, cancellation and refund disclosures before purchase.
6. Availability and restrictions
Maintenance, provider incidents, quota limits or security controls may interrupt service. We may limit or suspend access for abuse or to protect users, explaining the reason where lawful and practicable. Contact support to dispute a restriction. We give reasonable notice of material service changes or closure where possible and provide information about retrieving or deleting your data.
Research information is provided with its stated limitations. We do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability, future performance or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
7. Ending use and disputes
You can stop using the service, delete saved items and request account deletion by contacting support. Signing out does not delete your account. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your collections. There is no active recurring charge to cancel in the current release.
Contact support first about service complaints. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights under your applicable law remain available. Applicable law and the competent court are determined under relevant law; these terms do not force you to waive statutory remedies or a lawful local forum. We publish changes with the updated date and notify users before material changes; any new charge requires a separate purchase decision.
